Where I started: 

I came from a high-volume background (military prep, MMA, and CrossFit) but lacked a solid base of strength and muscle. This led to years of persistent patella tendon issues because I was doing too much without the necessary foundation to support it. As a performance coach myself, I knew I needed to change my approach.

The Experience: 

The structure and approach of Coach Blaine's program was exactly what I needed. Implementing plyometrics as potentiation and following the progressions allowed me to build serious power. Even after a 6-month forced rehab-cycle due to a sprained ankle in 2025, returning to Unit in early 2026 led to the biggest jumps in my training history.
